I find it rather interesting that the author of this blog can find nothing wrong with Mr. Hopewood's comments that were caught on camera while he was preparing for a commercial promoting "upgrade 8." He admits, quite candidly since he didn't know the cameras were already rolling, that the upgrade he was preparing to advertise was worthless. In his own words this upgrade was the "same old crap, new packaging." And this is the man we're supposed to trust in the office of president? It's bad enough we have liars in the White House (as evidenced by Clinton and Bush) but do we have to vote knowing they've lied??? Sorry, but Hopewood can hawk upgrade 8 all he wants. I just don't want him hawking his lies in the White House.

And to blame the media for making an issue out of this. They SHOULD be making an issue. It's unethical, untrustworthy, and lacks character or moral fiber. To attack the media for bringing out these faults is hypocritical. Better to support someone who seems to have character than one who has none. He's one person who won't be getting my vote. If he had a habit of telling the truth he wouldn't have to worry about the cameras getting his comments without his knowledge.
